Kenneth Clark is directly responsible for the strategic planning and direction of Detoronics. His direction and decisions have an immediate effect upon the profitability and potential growth of his company. Detoronics conducts research, development, and production of glass to metal seals that are used hermetically and in electronic transmission.

Mr. Clark was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Industrial Technology by Eastern Illinois University in May 1984. Shortly thereafter he joined General Dynamics in Fort Worth as an Industrial Engineer responsible for facility layout and cost reduction of electronic fabrication. He subsequently joined Electronic Data Systems Company in the Sales Department representing software products for workstations and network application. He rapidly progressed in Sales to the position of Account Manager having broad area responsibilities. In 1994 Mr. Clark joined Detoronics Corporation as Director of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to President of Detoronics in 1996.

As President of Detoronics, he initiated improvements in strategic planning and supplier relations that resulted in increasing profit by twenty-eight percent in 1997. The sales level and production backlogs were increased generating a solid production base to support planned company growth.
