Charles Cole is responsible for the quality and melting operations of a major engine casting plant. The manner in which he directs these activities controlling the production yield directly effects the profitability of the Cleveland Casting Facility and the satisfaction of the companies customers.

Mr. Cole joined the Ford Company in 1966 as a production supervisor upon receiving a BSIT from Ohio University. Since that time he has held increasingly responsible positions in production, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and quality control. These assignments have given him an in-depth understanding of the casting process resulting in promotion to his current senior management position.

Mr. Cole is the recipient of the Outstanding Alumni Award, Russ College of Engineering and Technology, Ohio University. He earned his MBA in 1972 from Indiana Northern University.
