Mr. Michael Dunn
Director of Marketing, Cooper Industries Lighting Division

As a 1993 Industrial Technology graduate of Ohio University, Mr. Dunn joined Cooper Industries' Management Development Program. Beginning his career at Cooper Industries as a Manufacturing Engineer in Sumter, South Carolina, Mike Dunn has been promoted to increasingly responsible positions throughout Cooper Industries including project management, financial analyst, and managing international operations. In 2002, he was promoted to Plant Manager for Cooper Lighting's west coast manufacturing operation. In this position, Mike was responsible for P&L performance for the $20 million operation, as well as general management activities including production, engineering, human resources, accounting, and purchasing.

Mr. Dunn was recently promoted in September 2005 to Director of Marketing. In his current position he is responsible for marketing functions as well as general management duties for Cooper Lighting's $50 million architectural lighting business. Mike recently completed his Masters in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
