As a 1991 Industrial Technology graduate of Ohio University, Mr. Tony Hollis started his career at Honda of America Manufacturing as an engineer. After furthering his career in the automotive industry with other respective companies, Tony pursued a career with Exel Inc in Westerville, Ohio. Tony currently holds the position of Director of Innovation & Technology responsible for the leadership of directing team members to identify new technologies to enhance supply chain operations. Tony also speaks regularly to industry leaders on compliance strategies, challenges and opportunities, EPC global activities and obtaining maximum value from RFID investment. Mr. Hollis has over 15 years of experience in material handling engineering and logistics disciplines. In addition to material handling, Tony's other areas of expertise include: Japanese lean systems, WMS/ERP evaluation and implementation, bar coding strategies, 3PL Contract Management, & Process design.
