New product development and increased market share by Cincinnati Milacron are the immediate responsibility of Bruce Kozak. His successful utilization of company assets to carry out these responsibilities will result in increased revenue and long term sustained market penetration resulting in increased profit and company growth.

Bruce Kozak received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Industrial Technology from Ohio University in 1970 and later was awarded an MBA by Xavier University. He joined Libbey-Owens-Ford as a Manufacturing Engineer after graduation advancing to Shift Foreperson and Plant Supervisor. In 1976 he accepted a position as Sales Engineer with Cincinnati Milacron. In the ensuing years he held increasingly responsible positions and was promoted to Vice President & General Manager in 1992.

Mr. Kozak introduced various performance improvements in product development, engineering and manufacturing while Vice President of Operations that resulted in revenue growth yielding earnings before income tax of 12 percent versus a historical rate of six percent. His facility is ISO 9001 certified and received the Industry Week "10 Best Plants Award in 1994."
