The sales growth of Curtis Screw Company during the last eight years is directly attributed to Mr. LeClair's emphasis on quality production and customer satisfaction. He led the company in the modernization of equipment and the establishment of a strong corporate sense of quality production that resulted in an approximate 12% compounded annual growth over a 17-year period.

Mr. LeClair earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College in 1982. He joined Curtis Screw as a quality supervisor in 1983. He was promoted to Plant Manager in 1985 and to Corporate Manager, Quality and Engineering at a time when Curtis expanded its multiple plant operations. His assignment to increasingly responsible positions led to his promotion to Vice President Sales and Engineering.

Edward LeClair’s performance has reflected his strong commitment to the efficient production of high quality products, which has established his company as a preferred supplier of manufactured auto parts.
