Mr. Pecorelli is directly responsible for the overall growth and profitability of a multiple facility global operation. Working with his managers he establishes and implements the strategic and tactical plans that insure growth and profitability of Goodyear Conveyor Belt Products.

James Pecorelli joined Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. as a first line supervisor in 1982 upon graduation from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. During the ensuing years he held increasingly responsible positions in production management, business center management, marketing and general management. In 1999 he was promoted to his present position of Global General Manager.

Mr. Pecorelli’s rapid advancement on Goodyear’s management team is a direct result of his demonstrated ability to effectively maximize the performance of his associates to assure that the operational plan is well conceived and executed.
