Mr. Triplett is responsible for the operations of two manufacturing facilities producing a complete line of aluminum windows, entrances and curtain walls. He provides innovative custom solutions to design and manufacturing problems involving these products. His efficient utilization of resources and implementation of strategic plans have improved productivity and increased sales directly improving the corporation’s growth and profit.

Jay Triplett graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a BS in Industrial Management in 1989 while working full-time at Mountain View Fabricating, a division of Coin Acceptors, Inc. At Coin Acceptors he held increasingly responsible positions becoming a Quality manager. He joined Emerson Electric in 1994 in the quality control operations. In 1997, Mr. Triplett became Quality Director of EFCO Corporation. He was rapidly promoted to Plant Manager and then Director of Manufacturing. In 2000, he became Vice President of Manufacturing and was elected to the Board of Directors of EFCO.
