session at Kent State University, the Home of NAIT.

Letter from Executive Board Chair, Dr. John Wright

February 25, 2008

I would like to thank all of the participants for their representation in the recent strategic planning
session at Kent State. We had a very engaging and productive session and our consultant is now in-the-process
of developing our strategic plan. The Executive Board plans to review and refine the plan at the Spring Board
meeting in April and then take it out to several representative industrial companies and academic institutions for
their review and feedback (Test-bed). We hope to roll out the Strategic Plan for our membership in Nashville, so this will be a
very exciting conference for us as we look to the future of our beloved organization. There will be a membership
ratification vote after the conference for all of the recommended changes in the organization's bylaws.

We are moving forward!
