NAIT's 40th Annual Convention - The Past, The Present, The Future is October 23-27, 2007, at the Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Exhibit Booths are open Thursday 10/25 and Friday morning 10/26. Exhibit Set-up is Wednesday evening 10/24 or Thursday morning 10/25. See below for more detailed information.
- The Basics: What's in your Booth?: Exhibitors are provided a 10' wide by 8' deep draped exhibit booth, with table, two chairs, waste basket, identification sign and one 110V electric outlet (if requested.) The exhibit area is carpeted. Exhibits will be located in the main meeting facility's prefunction corridor, surrounded by meeting and event space, so you'll have constant visitors at your booth, along with added traffic during refreshment breaks, which are served in the booth area. There is a loading dock entrance right off of the exhibit corridor.

- Exhibit Set-up:
- Wednesday, October 24, 2007, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 25, 2007, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Exhibit Hours:
- Thursday, October 25, 2007, 9:50 a.m. to 12:40 p.m., 2:25 p.m. to 5:35 p.m.
- Friday, October 26, 2007, 8:30 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.
- Exhibit Removal: Friday, October 26, 2007, 12:40 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. All Exhibit equipment and material must be removed by 3 p.m. as the exhibit space will be converted to another use.
- Registration & Booth Personnel:
- Commercial Exhibitors can have one "full convention" registration, if desired; the "full convention" registration includes the Thursday 10/25 lunch, the Friday 10/26 lunch and the Friday 10/26 banquet. Exhibitors can also just choose selected meals (such as Thursday lunch). NAIT requests that exhibitors inform NAIT which booth staff member will attend any meal function.
- NAIT also requests that exhibitors report them names of all booth personnel so NAIT Staff can have convention badges prepared for them - contact Associate Director Dave Monforton at the NAIT Office at (734) 677-0720 or by email to dave@nait.org.
- Shipping Directly to Edgewater Beach Resort: Exhibitors may choose to ship directly to Edgewater Beach Resort. Please consult the Edgewater Beach Resort Shipping and Storage Policies for complete information, including when deliveries can be accepted, address information, outgoing freight policies and a contact for any questions about shipping to Edgewater Beach Resort.

- Increase your Presence with a Sponsorship: Convention Sponsorships are another way to get your message out. Sponsors are acknowledged in a number of ways, including on the NAIT website, in a convention program listing, a large "sponsor board" near the NAIT Registration Desk, and in signage at the sponsored event. Selected sponsorships, liek refrehsment breaks and program ads, in tandem with an exhibit booth are a great marketing combo!
